p.s. My love - The key to my heart is a cup of homemade hot chocolate. Hot whole milk with a bit of froth, real chocolate, a sliver of hot pepper for just a touch of heat, maybe a little cinnamon or nutmeg or fresh bayleaf. Little homemade marshmallows on top please! (If you want to make them pink add a little beetroot juice.)

Cheffresco - These marshmallows are super easy! I use Martha's recipe and liberally use cooking spray on my hands and knife to cut. Toss them at the end with sifted powdered sugar.
